Dare Dash provides an exciting and interactive way to play Truth or Dare with friends and family. The App features five unique categories, each designed to suit different occasions and audiences:
Each category offers a variety of engaging prompts, accompanied by randomly generated SVG images for added visual fun. The App includes Google Ads to support its development and provide a free experience for all users. Users have the option to remove ads through in-app purchases.

Users have the option to remove ads through in-app purchases. Payments for removing ads or any other premium services are processed through the Google Play Store for Android users or the Apple App Store for iOS users. All purchases made within the App are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. Generally, all sales are final and non-refundable. Apple App Store refunds are processed in accordance with the Apple Refund Policy, which is managed directly through the App Store platform. Please review your purchase carefully before completing any transactions.
Premium Services are provided as automatically-renewing subscriptions. If you purchase an automatically-renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of the initial period and each subsequent period at the then-current price, unless you cancel. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting your account or the application from your device does not cancel your subscription.
To cancel, go to your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings and follow the instructions for cancellation. For iOS users, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings or directly within the app by navigating to the settings page and pressing the "Cancel subscription" button. You will be notified of any pricing changes for your subscription and given an opportunity to cancel. If prices change and you do not cancel, you agree to be charged at the new price.

We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or disabling access to it. Our goal is to maintain a respectful and lawful environment for all users.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content within the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dare Dash, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party.
Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dare Dash. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Dare Dash shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the App. By using Dare Dash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
